Mavs Are Out On Free Agency

When you have the reigning ROY and just signed a Unicorn to a 5yr/$158mill contract, I guess you don’t need or want to do anything crazy. Not too much a shock this was going to be an uneventful free agency for the Mavs. Still a little surprising Cuban didn’t even seem to raise an eyebrow when it came to Boogie, Danny Green and now Westbrook. Unless, Westbrook is an “opportunistic situation” but I highly doubt that. Looks like the Rockets have one less team to compete with in the Westbrook sweepstakes.
