Our goal launching TexasTakes.com is to build the premier website for a community of sports fans and writers in the State of Texas. We are looking for writers and content producers who are passionate about Texas sports. We do not care if you are biased or unbiased, funny or serious, have writing experience or no writing experience. If your writing or content is good, we will publish it. Â
Why write or produce content for TexasTakes? Every month we will give cash prizes to the three writers and/or content producers with the highest total monthly views on the site, as well as a cash prize for the individual post with the highest monthly views. Cash prizes for the writer and/or content producer with the highest total monthly views:

​3rd $50.00
Top viewed post of the month receives: $75.00
Payout to the winners will occur on the 1st of every month via PayPal or Venmo.
Opportunity to be hired as a regular contributor and/or editor.
If you refer a writer and /or content producer who has five (5) blogs published on the site, we will pay out $50 to the person who referred the writer/content producer.
